Accessibility:
Shop is available by sparing Patches at Murkwater Cave or by obtaining and giving the bell bearing to the Twin Maiden Husks.
Location:
Patches can first be found in the boss arena of Murkwater Cave in Limgrave. Upon sparing him and then progressing to Liurnia of the Lakes, he will relocate to beside the Scenic Isle site of grace. When Altus Plateau is reached, he can be found West of the First Mt. Gelmir Campsite site of grace; his shop is not accessible in this location. If the player joins Volcano Manor, he will then move to the entrance hall of the Manor. After the player defeats Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy, he can be found in the Shaded Castle, right before Elemer of the Briar’s boss arena; his shop is not accessible in this location. Finally, after the player gives the Dancer’s Castanets to Tanith, Patches will move back to his original location in Murkwater Cave, where he can be fought and spared again for access to his shop once more.
