Shop is available once defeating Godrick, confronting him in one of his stalking locations, picking up the Rusty Key, or by obtaining and giving the bell bearing to the Twin Maiden Husks.
Location:
Gatekeeper Gostoc can be found first in the room to the left of the main gate of Stormveil Castle, and later in Godrick the Grafted’s boss arena once Godrick has been defeated.
