Blackguard Big Boggart can first be found at the Boilprawn Shack in Southern Liurnia of the Lakes. After purchasing any amount of Boiled Prawn from him and progressing to Altus Plateau, he moves to a shallow pond in the Capital Outskirts, Southeast of the Hermit Merchant’s Shack site of grace.
