Using the power of the vortex, violently twirl the armament, dealing multiple slashes directly ahead. The greater the restored luster of the blades, the greater the power of this skill. However, use of this skill will fully consume the blades' luster.

How to Obtain

Enir-Ilim - From the Spiral Rise site of grace in Enir-Ilim, turn around and head down the stairs. There will be a staircase on your left. Turn down this staircase and turn right. Continue straight on through the archways and you will be on a platform. Drop down onto the staircase and head up this staircase. Then go straight ahead and drop down onto the platform. Follow the ledges round to the southeast and drop down to the lower set of ledges. Jump to the outside of the tower. Travel around the tower to the left and drop down onto the staircase. Head down the staircase. Turn right and jump through the window.

You will now be in Belurat. Continue through the hallway and you will emerge into an open area. Turn right and take the lift down. Continue through the room with the Inquisitors and carry on going down the stairs past the Divine Beast Warrior. Take the stairs down after that enemy and then take the lift down. The weapon is on a corpse in the room straight ahead.
